Oliver’s Lodge, Myrtle Beach

Oliver’s Lodge is a fantastic Myrtle Beach restaurant and offers a great experience for everyone in the family.  Here’s why.

At Oliver’s Lodge you will:

  • • Enjoy the “Sunset Special” served nightly from 4:30-6:00
  • • Enter from the private dock for boaters
  • • Invite everyone because they host and cater special events

Oliver’s Lodge is the oldest restaurant in the Grand Strand, an area of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. It is very close to Myrtle Beach and a popular dining destination for residents of Myrtle Beach condos. Many Myrtle Beach restaurants are located here and most have the same old time feeling as Oliver’s Lodge. After opening in 1910, Oliver’s lodge has been serving food to the community without a break. New ownership has recently been grounds for a renovation of Oliver’s Lodge that will keep the original building intact, but modernize the facilities to fit today’s standards.

Executive Chef Jeremy Borsh has put together a menu that resembles that of other restaurants in the area, many of which take from the traditional food of the area. It consists mainly of fresh seafood dishes, as well as steaks, chicken, and lamb. Entrees are slightly on the more expensive side compared to other restaurants in the area, but the food that is offered is of the freshest quality from the surrounding area.
The restaurant is full of old time charm, from both the appearance of the “home” outside and the décor of the interior. Families are welcome to enjoy the food offered, but Oliver’s Lodge is also a great place for casual, intimate dinners. They offer a special dinner from 4:30 to 6:00 every day, which gives diners a choice of entrees and sides for one low price.
