Would never recommend going through VRBO JC to rent PH1. She arranged the rentals of three units–5th floor center unit and a 10th floor unit for our family gathering. Once she has your money, it is impossible to reconnect with her. Aside from the gorgeous view of the ocean, these units were very used given the age. Messy stained floors, broken tirmwork, many non-working items and no one to contact for repairs. There was absolutely no follow up what-so-ever from JC.
